Sulforaphane-Rich Broccoli Sprout Bowl for MCAS and Histamine Intolerance
This nutrient-dense bowl combines fresh broccoli sprouts and cruciferous vegetables to maximize sulforaphane content for NRF2 pathway activation. The addition of pea sprouts provides natural DAO support while quercetin-rich onions help stabilize mast cells and reduce inflammatory responses.

Clinical Note
Better Kitchen is a functional nutrition companion, not a replacement for medical care. MCAS and HAT are highly individual â always introduce new foods slowly and track reactions with your allergist or immunologist.
